We are a globally active, modern family-owned SME in packaging technology based in Meisterschwanden (AG) and offer customized complete solutions for end-of-line packaging and transport security.

As an experienced HR Business Partner, you actively shape the people and HR agenda of a dynamic, international company.
Your tasks
Independent strategic and operational consulting as well as sparring partner for managers in the assigned business area (ATS) in Switzerland and for our international subsidiaries
Management, further development, and continuous optimization of HR processes
Trusted point of contact for employees and management in all HR-related matters
Initiation and implementation of HR projects (e.g., employer branding, digitalization, process optimization)
Active contribution to change, organizational development, and talent development initiatives
Participation in the professional development of the HR function and contribution of impulses toward further professionalization and strategic alignment
Involvement in cross-functional HR initiatives in line with your experience and expertise
Approximately 5% travel, mainly within Europe
Your expertise
Commercial vocational training with advanced HR certification (e.g., Federal Diploma in HR Management or equivalent)
Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an international environment
Strong business acumen combined with a strategic and holistic mindset
Excellent written and spoken German skills as well as very good to fluent/proficient English skills (additional languages are an advantage)
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
Digital affinity and interest in modern HR tools
Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365
Your social skills
High level of social competence, trustworthiness, and empathy
Confident presence and strong advisory skills
Agility and openness to change
Proactive, hands-on “can-do” mentality
Your structured time management allows you to stay on top of things even in challenging situations
